Do you offer emergency appointments?
No. Anemara Medical Practice is not an emergency service. If you have severe or life-threatening symptoms, call 999/112 or attend your nearest Emergency Department.
Do you provide home visits?
Selected physical GP home visits may be available across Co. Wexford where clinically appropriate and subject to location, travel distance and availability.
Can I get a prescription after an online consultation?
Prescriptions are issued only when clinically appropriate after assessment.
Can children be seen by Anemara Medical Practice?
Some child health concerns may be suitable for private GP assessment. The doctor may recommend urgent care, face-to-face assessment or referral depending on the situation.
Do you provide medical certificates?
Medical certificates and letters are provided only where clinically appropriate and subject to professional judgement.
Can I book if I live outside Gorey?
Online and telephone GP consultations may be available for patients across Ireland where clinically appropriate. Physical GP home visits are available on a selected basis across Co. Wexford.
Are blood tests available?
Blood tests, swabs, urine cultures and STI screening may be arranged where clinically appropriate following GP assessment. Additional laboratory or third-party costs may apply.
What happens if I need a physical examination?
If a physical examination is needed, the doctor will advise on suitable next steps, which may include face-to-face care, urgent assessment, referral or a selected home visit where available.
